316. Where in the opinion of the Inspector General the interests of the company, depositors or beneficiaries may be gravely affected by any delay resulting from allowing the company or any other person time to present observations, the Inspector General may, without prior notice, make an order.
The company or any other person contemplated in the order may, within six days of receipt thereof, present observations to the Inspector General.
