43. This title applies to every caisse d’entraide économique that has, pursuant to Title I, or Chapter II of the Act respecting certain caisses d’entraide économique (chapter C-3.1), been continued as a société d’entraide économique, and to every company resulting from the amalgamation of two or more sociétés d’entraide économique.
