Section 200.2
Disposition versions
200.2. The deposit contemplated in section 200.1 is a deposit within the meaning of paragraph e of section 2 of the General Regulations made under the Deposit Insurance Act (chapter A-26), on the condition that the instrument contemplated in paragraph e of section 2 of those regulations mentions in addition the rights and conditions provided for in the said section 200.1.
