170. The federation may

(1)  develop policies on any matter allowing the companies to achieve their objects;

(2)  examine the books and accounts of the companies;

(3)  carry out the inspections entrusted to it by warrant of the Autorité des marchés financiers;

(4)  make agreements with any company to oversee, direct or manage its affairs during a given period.

(3)  carry out the inspections entrusted to it by warrant of the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier;

(4)  make agreements with any company to oversee, direct or manage its affairs during a given period.
