26. (Repealed).

26. The corporation may operate water purification works that it constructs, improves or enlarges, until a municipality takes responsibility for them, where the Minister of Environment so requests under the powers vested in him by section 113 of the Environment Quality Act.
The Minister may confer a mandate on the corporation under this section for up to one year, and may renew it under the same conditions.
