24. Notwithstanding section 21, the Société may carry out the objects contemplated in paragraph 1 of section 18 if the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks requests it to do so under the powers conferred on him by section 113 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
