2. (Repealed).

2. In this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions mean:
(1)  “company” : the Société générale de financement du Québec incorporated by this act;
(2)  “savings and credit union” : a savings and credit union governed by the Savings and Credit Unions Act (chapter C-4), including a federation of such unions within the meaning of the said act.
