10. The shares of the company which form part of the domain of the State shall be allotted to the Minister of Finance who shall exercise all the rights attached to the shares; subsection 3 of section 196 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) does not apply to proxies appointed by the Minister of Finance.

The shares held by Her Majesty shall be registered in the name of the Minister of Industry, Trade, Science and Technology who, in his capacity, shall exercise all the rights attached to such shares; subsection 3 of section 196 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) shall not apply to a proxy appointed by the Minister of Industry, Trade, Science and Technology.
