Disposition versions
46. The Minister of Industry, Trade, Science and Technology shall be responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister for Industry and Trade exercises, under the authority of the Minister of State for the Economy and Finance, the functions with respect to this Act. O.C. 1091-97 of 97.08.25, (1997) 129 G.O. 2 (French), 5911.
