44. Every employee transferred to the Société under section 43 who, at the time of transfer, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a competition for promotion to such a position in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Section 35 of the said Act applies to any employee referred to in the first paragraph who enters such a competition for promotion.
