43. The employees, including the managerial personnel, assigned to the tourism sector of the Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce, de la Science et de la Technologie, the employees of the Ministère des Relations internationales and those of the Ministère du Conseil exécutif who act outside Québec in the field of tourism shall become the employees of the Société, subject to the provisions of the collective agreements applicable to them, to the extent set out in the order in council providing for their transfer and provided that such order in council is made before (insert here the date occurring one year after the date of coming into force of this section).
Such employees shall have the position and perform the duties assigned to them by the Société, subject to the provisions of collective agreements applicable to them.
