6. For the carrying out of the objects of the Société, the Minister designated by the Government may, with the authorization of the Government, make with the Government of Canada or the government of any other province or bodies of such governments or with the Canadian Minister any agreement considered expedient.

6. For the carrying out of the objects of the Société, the Minister responsible for the administration of Division III of the Act respecting the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (chapter M-30) may, with the authorization of the Government, make with the Government of Canada or the government of any other province or bodies of such governments or with the Canadian Minister any agreement considered expedient.

6. For the carrying out of the objects of the Société, the Minister entrusted with the application of the Act respecting the Office de planification et de développement du Québec (chapter O-3) may, with the authorization of the Government, make with the Government of Canada or the government of any other province or bodies of such governments or with the Canadian Minister any agreement considered expedient.
