9. The Government shall fix the remuneration, social benefits and other conditions of employment of the president and vice-president of the Société.
The other members of the board of directors are not remunerated except in the cases, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Governement. However, they are entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in performing their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.
