Disposition versions
39. Not later than 30 September each year, the Société must submit its financial statements and an annual management report for the previous fiscal year to the Minister.
The financial statements and annual management report must contain all the information required by the Minister and be accompanied by the separate financial statements of each of the Société’s subsidiaries.
