5. The Société shall, in addition, make recommendations to the Minister concerning applications for a certificate of eligibility for the fiscal incentives provided for by law in connection with business activities carried on within the Montréal international trade zone at Mirabel or in connection with a building the mission of which is to contribute to the development of the zone.
