130. (Repealed).
130. For the purposes of section 116, the regulations contemplated in section 127 are deemed to come under the powers granted to the municipalities under Division VIII.

Sections 38, 39 and 45 of this act shall come into force on the date or dates fixed by proclamation of the Gouvernement.
… Section 45 of this act shall be replaced on the coming into force of section 1 of chapter 55 of the statutes of 1977 on the date to be fixed by proclamation of the Gouvernement for the coming into force of the said section 45.
… This act shall be amended by inserting other sections after section 45, on the coming into force of section 2 of chapter 55 of the statutes of 1977, on the date fixed by proclamation of the Gouvernement.
