126. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of any general law or special Act, this Act applies to the Government and its departments and bodies.

126. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of any general law or special Act, this Act applies to the Government and its departments and bodies.
However, subdivision 2 of Division IV.2.1 of Chapter I does not apply to the Minister of Natural Resources where it concerns lands in the domain of the State on which he exercises the rights and powers inherent in the right of ownership or to another minister where it concerns any land in the domain of the State which has been transferred under his authority or administration pursuant to the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1).
