120.5. A functionary contemplated in section 120.1 shall return the object of a seizure to the seized person as soon as justice is no longer served by the retention thereof.

120.5. The Government may make regulations prescribing the form and content of any seizure, confiscation or release tag, and prescribing how these documents may be used.
