118.6. The Minister may accredit or certify a person to take samples or carry out analyses, calculations, assessments, expert evaluations or verifications.
The Minister may issue such an accreditation or certification, on the conditions the Minister determines, to any person that
(1)  meets the applicable conditions prescribed for that purpose by government regulation, in particular the eligibility or issuing conditions; and
(2)  pays the fees set by government regulation.
Where a person already holds an accreditation or certification, the Minister shall add to that accreditation or certification, on the conditions the Minister determines, any new activity referred to in the first paragraph if the person meets the conditions set out in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the second paragraph.

118.6. The Minister may, in the cases and on the conditions he determines, accredit a laboratory to make any analyses that may be required for the administration of this Act and the regulations thereunder.
