118.15. A proceeding must be brought within 30 days of notification of the contested decision.

98. The appeal may be brought within fifteen days following service of the decision by means of a petition served upon the Minister, who must without delay send it to the secretary of the Commission municipale with a certified copy of the record relating to the decision appealed from.
