Section 28
Disposition versions
28. The procedure set out in this chapter also applies, with the necessary modifications, to a private educational institution that provides educational services belonging to the categories listed in paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 1 of the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1) with regard to those services and to the follow-up on a report or complaint concerning an act of bullying or violence.
For the purposes of section 24, the board of directors of a school service centre means the board of directors of a private educational institution or, if there is no board of directors, the person operating that institution within the meaning of section 3 of the Act respecting private education.
