33. The Minister may, when issuing a permit, prescribe any conditions which the Minister considers appropriate; the permit shall indicate the conditions so prescribed.

33. Before issuing a permit, the Board shall take account of the marketing conditions which exist in that sector of activity, the conditions governing milk supply to processing factories and the effects of the project for the dairy industry as a whole and for the consumers.
The Board may prescribe any condition which it sees fit; the permit shall indicate the conditions so prescribed.

33. No permit shall be issued unless, in the opinion of the Board, the operations proposed by the person who applies therefor are desirable in the public interest. The Board shall prescribe, for such purpose, any condition which it sees fit, and the permit must indicate the conditions so prescribed.
