24. (Repealed).

24. If the holder of a permit contemplated in section 23 ceases, finally or for not less than 12 consecutive months, to manufacture or sell wholesale any category of substitutes contemplated by his permit, he must notify the Minister thereof within 30 days.

24. If the holder of a permit contemplated in section 23 ceases, finally or for not less than twelve consecutive months, to manufacture or sell wholesale any category of substitutes contemplated by his permit, he must notify the Board thereof within thirty days.
