21. Despite section 19 and until the Government specifies the responsibilities of regional administrative conferences in accordance with section 21.4.11 of the Act respecting the Ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire (chapter M-22.1), the responsibilities determined in Order in Council 107-2000 (2000, G.O. 2, 1480, French only) continue to apply to regional administrative conferences.
