72. (1)  The Order is a legal person having its head office at the place determined by regulation of the board of directors adopted pursuant to paragraph f of section 93 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
(2)  The Order and its members are governed by the Professional Code, subject to any contrary or inconsistent provisions of this Act.
