1. The Ministère de la Sécurité du revenu shall be under the direction of the Minister of Income Security appointed under the Executive Power Act (chapter E-18).
The Minister is also responsible for the administration of the Acts assigned to him.

1. The Minister of Manpower, Income Security and Vocational Training is responsible for the direction and administration of the Ministère de la Main-d’oeuvre, de la Sécurité du revenu et de la Formation professionnelle.
He is also responsible for the administration of the Acts assigned to him relating to manpower training and qualification, worker placement, employment protection, minimum conditions of employment, social allowances and income security.
