57. The Corporation shall consist of three members appointed for ten years by the Gouvernement who shall choose a president from among their number and who shall fix the fees, allowances or salary or the additional salary, as the case may be, of each of them.
The members of the Corporation shall remain in office, notwithstanding the expiry of their term, until reappointed or replaced.
No person shall be a member of the Corporation unless he is domiciled in Québec.
The members of the Corporation shall devote their time exclusively to the work of the Corporation and the duties of their office.
