46. Any decision of the Board or of an authorized person entailing a condemnation to pay a sum of money may, when it has become final, be homologated, upon a motion of an interested party, either by the Superior Court or the Provincial Court according to their respective jurisdictions taking into account the amount of the condemnation.
After homologation, such decision shall be executory in the same manner as any judgment of the court by which it has been homologated.
