27. The objections contemplated in section 26 shall be stated in writing; the document containing them shall be signed by the person raising them and shall contain the reasons in support of them.
The public may have access to any document containing the objections referred to in section 26 and any person who applies therefor to the Board may obtain copies of such documents upon payment of the fees determined by regulation of the Board.
