76. (1)  If the enumeration is done during the election period, the enumerators, not later than Sunday in the fourth week before the polling, shall complete the electoral list and certify the correctness of each copy by a joint oath drawn up in form 12 and post up a copy of the electoral list of each polling-subdivision in a centrally located public place easy of access in the subdivision.
(2)  A notice in form 13, duly filled out by the enumerators, advising the electors of the dates of the revision and for the filing of applications for the entry or striking off of names or for corrections shall be attached to the list so posted.
Notices indicating to the electors the places where such applications are to be filed shall be published in accordance with section 452.
A notice indicating the places where such applications are to be filed must, if possible, appear at the beginning of the electoral list printed for each polling-subdivision.
(3)  The returning-officer shall immediately send a certified true copy of the list to the persons mentioned in subsection 3 of section 74.
The returning-officer shall prepare, certify as true and issue free of charge and on request a copy of such list to any regularly nominated candidate and to the leader of every new party, as soon as it becomes, during a general election, a recognized party.
