382. Every printed advertisement, prospectus, placard, poster, pamphlet, handbill or circular relating to any election shall bear the name and address of its printer and of the person on whose behalf it was printed or published.
Every advertisement relating to an election published in a newspaper or other publication shall mention the name and address of the person who has it published; such name and address must be mentioned at the beginning or at the end of any sponsored radio or television program relating to an election.
Anything that constitutes election expenses shall be deemed to relate to an election.
