374. (1)  No person shall furnish or supply any person with any ribbon, label or like favour, with intent that it be borne or used within an electoral district on the polling-day as a party badge to distinguish the wearer as the supporter of any candidate or of the political or other opinions entertained or supposed to be entertained by such candidate.
(2)  No person shall for any reason use or wear or cause to be used any ribbon, label or other favour as a party badge, within any electoral district on the polling-day.
