354. (1)  The director general of elections, on receiving the returns of the election of members to the Assemblée nationale, shall enter them in a special register and shall give notice in the regular issue of the Gazette officielle du Québec of the names of the candidates elected, in the order in which the returns were received.
(2)  No certificate of election shall, however, be deemed valid before the seventh day following that upon which the returning-officer, after making the addition of the votes in accordance with sections 306 to 316, has declared a candidate elected or has declared that there is a tie.
