183. The returning-officer must furnish each deputy returning-officer, on or before the day before the polling, with:
(a)  a duplicate or a certified copy or extract, as the case may be, of or from the revised electoral list for the polling-subdivision for which such deputy returning-officer is appointed;
(b)  a copy of this act and of the instructions approved by the Gouvernement, or an extract therefrom containing the provisions to which a deputy returning-officer has special need to refer in the performance of his duties;
(c)  a poll-book, forms of the oaths that electors may be required to take, forms of information for personation and of warrants of arrest, envelopes, pens, ink, gummed sealing paper, a ballot-box;
(d)  at least five copies of instructions and advice to electors in the form 45; and
(e)  a list of the addresses of the candidates.
