176. (1)  On or before the seventh day preceding the polling, the returning-officer shall post up in his official office a list of the different polling-stations established by him, mentioning the territorial limits for which they are respectively established and, in places where dwellings are numbered, the numbers and names of the streets where such polling-stations are established.
(2)  Such notice shall state, for each poll, whether it is established for an urban or a rural polling-subdivison.
(3)  On or before the seventh day prior to the polling, the returning-officer must forward to each candidate a true copy of such notice.
