125. The returning officer shall certify as true the copies of the electoral list he has received under subsection 1 of section 117, for the following purposes: one copy for examination in his office, another for conducting the election, two others for the director general of elections, two others for the revision and a copy for each person referred to in subsection 3 of section 117.

125. The returning-officer shall use the four copies of the list forwarded to him in accordance with subsection 1 of section 117, in the following manner: he shall keep one copy and make it available to the public for examination in his office; he shall keep one copy for conducting the election and preparing copies in accordance with subsection 3 of sections 117 and 119; two other copies must be sent immediately to the director general of elections. In the absence of a duplicate copy, a copy certified as true is deemed to be a copy for the purposes of this provision.
