65. The Fund may cease its operations at the end of a year, if it has given notice in writing to the Minister of Transport and to the Superintendent of Insurance at least six months beforehand.
It shall then remain liable to satisfy, to the extent prescribed by this act, the judgments arising out of accidents that have previously occurred.
