58. (Replaced).
R. S. 1964, c. 232, s. 62; 1977, c. 68, s. 203.
58. The annual meeting of the members of the Fund shall be held on the second Monday in May, at the time and place determined by the directors. The directors shall be elected at such meeting by the majority vote of the group two members.
But it shall not be necessary to call an annual meeting unless a special meeting so decides.
