Except where inconsistent with this Part, section 6, the first paragraph of section 549, section 564, where it refers to the first paragraph of section 549, sections 1000 to 1024 and 1026.0.1, subparagraph b of the first paragraph of section 1027 and sections 1037 to 1079.16 apply to this Part, with the necessary modifications.
