752.0.5.2. For the purposes of subparagraph i of paragraph e of section 752.0.1 and subparagraph 1 of subparagraph ii of paragraph b of section 752.0.4, two persons connected by marriage shall be considered not to be married at any time if, at that time, they are living separate and apart because of a breakdown of their marriage for a period of at least 90 days that includes that time.
