43. Sections 35, 36, 37 and 37.1, adapted as required, apply to multidisciplinary firms holding a certificate issued by the Inspector General.
For this purpose, paragraph 4 of section 35 must read as follows:
“(4)  infringes this Act or the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.1) or the regulations made by the Government for the carrying out of those Acts.”.
