37. Any decision of the Inspector General relating to the refusal, suspension or cancellation of a financial planner’s certificate may, within 30 days of notification of the decision, be contested before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

37. Any decision of the Inspector General relating to the refusal, suspension or cancellation of a financial planner’s certificate may be appealed from to the Court of Québec.
Appeals under this section are introduced and heard in accordance with sections 366 and following of the Act respecting insurance (chapter A-32), adapted as required.
