Section 260
Disposition versions
260. The Minister shall, on or before 12 July 1994, make a report to the Government on the implementation of this Act and subsequently, every five years, on the advisability of maintaining it in force and, as the case may be, of amending it.
The report shall be tabled before the National Assembly within the following 15 days if it is in session or, if it is not, be filed with the President of the Assembly.
