115. The corporation known under the name of Association des courtiers d’assurances de la province de Québec, incorporated by letters patent on 2 March 1932 under Part III of the Quebec Companies Act (Revised Statutes of Quebec, 1925, chapter 223), governed by chapter 90 of the statutes of 1946 and continued by chapter 52 of the statutes of 1963, is vested with the rights, duties and obligations with which it was vested, subject to the provisions of this Act.
