Section 113
Disposition versions
113. The Association des intermédiaires en assurance de personnes du Québec shall transmit to the Inspector General, within two months after the end of each fiscal year, its audited annual report showing its financial position and activities for the preceding year.
The report shall contain any other information which the Inspector General may require.
