536. On 1 July in the year following the year of publication of the order respecting territorial division, the employees of existing school boards become employees of the new school boards, in accordance with the transfer and reassignment plan devised for that purpose by the provisional council, subject to the rights and obligations of the existing school boards and their employees and, as regards employees within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) and the certified associations representing them, subject to the provisions of the Labour Code.
