517. (Repealed).

517. The provisional council may, for its purposes, requisition staff from the existing school boards, but only after obtaining their authorization.
The provisional council shall appoint the director general of the new school board, subject to the norms of transfer and reassignment prescribed by regulation of the Minister.
The director general shall take office on the day of his appointment.
