1. The Ministère des Communautés culturelles et de l’Immigration is under the direction of the Minister of Cultural Communities and Immigration appointed under the Executive Power Act (chapter E-18).

1. The Minister of Cultural Communities and Immigration is entrusted with the direction and administration of the Ministère des Communautés culturelles et de l’Immigration.
