140. Any reference in any Act, proclamation or commission, order in council or other document to the Civil Service Act or to a provision of that Act is a reference to this Act or the corresponding provision of this Act; and, in particular, any reference to section 61 of the Civil Service Act is a reference to section 87 or 97 of this Act, as the case may be.
