Declarations of public interest and recognitions for purposes of grants made under the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9), are deemed to be accreditations for purposes of subsidies granted under this Act. The Minister may, after consulting the Commission, determine the maximum number of full-time students of an institution to which the first paragraph applies giving entitlement to subsidies for each program of technical studies or vocational education program, in cases where that number is not specified on the declaration of public interest or recognition for purposes of grants.
